ERCA certification is an independent and impartial
process that proves professional
competence and skills of individuals.



The members of the association shall not publish or use for their own benefit or for the benefit of third parties confidential information related to partecipants or business partners without their permission, with the exception of cases where this basic information is required statutorily.

Fair and clear, honesty

The members of the association shall deal honestly with customers, clients, employees, suppliers, distributors and the general public.

The members of the association shall be aware of the fact that their conduct may influence the conduct of others, such as fellow employees, suppliers or customers in general. They will therefore not require, encourage or force others, or act in a way leading to immoral conduct in business relations.

The members of the association shall manage their business activities with honesty and they shall preserve the principles of spirit and valid regulations, standards, rules and business etiquette so that they protect their good reputation, the reputation of attendants of the course, the reputation of the association and generally the reputation of the marketing and sales profession. The members of the association shall comply with national laws regulating the rights and obligations in business relations.

ERCA Code of Ethics

Everyone who has received the personal certificate is going to adopt the Code of Ethics which contains the ethical rules and codes of professional conduct.

Code of Ethics as a kind of declaration of professionalism is detailed in Annex to GUIDELINES FOR CERTIFICATION

Expulsion of those who do not abide by ERCA Code

The association undertakes that upon discovering a violation of the Code of Ethics and/or properly investigating a complaint against any member and his/her possibility to appeal to the corresponding body of the association, the association shall adopt the relevant measures towards termination of the membership or it shall decide on a method for remedying the bad situation.

Professionals who breach the Code of Ethics shall be obligated to correct the situation according to the conditions of the association’s decrees. All other matters are regulated by the association’s articles and the country’s valid legislation.
